Sargantanit Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

This policy covers the mobile game Sargantanit and the odyssey of the new home (the "game"), for Android and iOS, and its website at sargantanit.vedratic.com. The short version: there is no account, your progress stays on your device, and the only data that leaves it is what the ads and the optional purchase need.

This policy does not cover the Vedratic website at vedratic.com. For cookies, analytics and ads on that website, see its general privacy policy and cookie policy.

1. Who is responsible

Francisco Muñoz Cuevas (NIF 43321407Z)

C/ Torrent 23, 07817 Sant Jordi (Illes Balears), Spain

Email: info@momusa.tech

The game is published by Vedratic, a small software lab by the team behind Momusa. The person named above is the data controller. There is no data protection officer; write to the address above for anything related to your data.

2. What the game stores on your device

The game saves, on your device only, the levels you have completed and the stars you have earned, your settings (language, sound, calm mode), whether you have bought the full game and the information it needs to space out ads. We never receive this data, so we cannot see, recover or delete it for you: uninstalling the game or clearing its data removes it.

3. What we process, why, and on what legal basis

3.1 Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free levels show full-screen ads served by Google AdMob, only between levels and never during one. The game does not show ads to people who have bought the full game.

You can change your choice at any time from the privacy option in the game's Settings, from the Android advertising settings (Settings → Google → Ads) or from the iOS tracking settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). Google acts as an independent controller of the data it uses for advertising; its policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for personalised ads and for reading the advertising identifier; our legitimate interest in funding the free levels with non-personalised ads (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3.2 The one-time purchase (RevenueCat, Google Play and the App Store)

A one-time purchase removes the ads and unlocks the rest of the levels. The payment is made and processed entirely by Google Play or by the App Store; we never receive your card or payment details.

To check that the purchase is valid and to restore it on another device, the game uses RevenueCat, Inc., which receives an anonymous identifier generated for the installation, the purchase receipt and the store, and your IP address. If you restore a purchase, the same data is checked against your store account. This data is not linked to your name or email, which we do not have.

Legal basis: performing the contract you ask for when you buy (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3.3 Analytics and crash reports

The game does not currently send analytics or crash reports. If that changes, it will be anonymous and aggregated, it will be listed here before the update reaches you, and where the law requires it, it will ask for your consent first.

3.4 The store and this page

Google Play and the App Store process data about your download and use of the app under their own policies; we only receive aggregated statistics from them. This page is a static website served by Cloudflare, which processes connection data (IP address, page, browser) to deliver it and protect it against abuse, as explained in the general privacy policy.

3.5 When you contact us

If you write to info@momusa.tech, we receive your email address and whatever you tell us, and use it only to answer you. Legal basis: taking the steps you ask for and our legitimate interest in answering messages (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

4. Who receives the data

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with anyone else, unless required by law.

5. International transfers

Google LLC, RevenueCat, Inc., Apple Inc. and Cloudflare, Inc. are based in the United States. Transfers rely on their certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where they hold it and, otherwise, on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. How long data is kept

7. Your rights

How to have your data deleted: email info@momusa.tech with the subject "Delete my data", from any address. Within 30 days we delete the anonymous purchase profile that RevenueCat holds for the installation (if you tell us the approximate date of the purchase or send the order receipt so we can find it) and any emails we have exchanged. The game itself stores nothing about you outside your device: uninstalling it removes the rest.

You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting what was done before. To exercise them, write to info@momusa.tech. We may ask you to confirm your identity. Since we hold no account data, requests about advertising are best made to Google, and requests about a purchase can be made to us and we will pass them to RevenueCat.

If you think your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es) or to the authority of your country in the EU.

8. Children

The content of the game is suitable for all ages: it has no violence, chat or user-generated content. Even so, because it shows ads and offers an in-app purchase, the game is not directed at children under 14, the age of digital consent in Spain, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. A child under 14 should use it only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If the way the game handles data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top, and tell you in the game when the change is significant.
