Sargantanit Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 27, 2026
1. Who we are
These terms apply to the mobile game Sargantanit and the odyssey of the new home (the "game") and to its website at sargantanit.vedratic.com. The game is published by Francisco Muñoz Cuevas (NIF 43321407Z), C/ Torrent 23, 07817 Sant Jordi (Illes Balears), Spain, under the Vedratic name and as part of the team behind Momusa. You can reach us at info@momusa.tech. The legal notice has the full identification details.
2. Accepting these terms
By installing or playing the game you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not install it. These terms add to the terms of the store you download the game from (Google Play or the App Store), which also apply.
3. The game and its price
- The first 30 levels are free. They show ads between levels, never during one.
- A one-time purchase ("full game") removes the ads and unlocks the rest of the levels. It is not a subscription and is not renewed. The price is shown in the store, with taxes included, before you pay.
- The payment is made to Google Play or the App Store, not to us. Refunds are requested from the store under its own refund policy.
- The purchase belongs to your store account. You can restore it on other devices using the same account with the "Restore purchase" button in Settings.
- We may add, change or remove levels, and we may update the game. We will not remove content you have bought without offering you a refund or equivalent.
Digital content and withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a right of withdrawal of 14 days, but it is lost once the digital content has started to be supplied with your prior express consent. Stores apply this when you buy, and you can use the store's refund options before and after that.
4. Age
The content of the game is suitable for all ages, but the game is not directed at children under 14 because it shows ads and offers an in-app purchase. A child under 14 should play only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is also responsible for any purchase made with their account.
5. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and play the game on your own devices, for non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the game or extract its assets, except where the law allows it;
- use cheats, tools or modifications to unlock purchased content without paying for it, or to tamper with the ads or the purchase check;
- click on ads, or generate impressions, artificially;
- present yourself as the publisher or as someone acting on its behalf.
6. Advertising
The ads are served by Google AdMob and chosen by Google, not by us; showing an ad does not mean we endorse what it advertises. How ads use your data depends on your choices; see the privacy policy.
7. Intellectual property
The software, levels, texts, music, sounds, graphics and design of the game belong to their owner or are used with permission. The name Sargantanit, the characters and the story are original to the game; see the fiction notice. Facts about the real Pityusic lizard and about Ibiza are for information and come with a source in the game's Diary.
8. Your progress
Your progress and settings are saved only on your device. We cannot recover them if you uninstall the game, clear its data or lose the device. The purchase can be restored (section 3); the levels you have completed cannot.
9. Third-party services
The game connects, when needed, to Google (ads), RevenueCat (to check and restore the purchase) and the store of your device. We are not responsible for those services or for their availability.
10. Warranty and liability
We work to keep the game correct and working, but it is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions or that it will work on every device. We are not liable for indirect damage or for the loss of data stored on your device, except where the damage is caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under Spanish law, in particular the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), including the legal guarantee for digital content, or under the mandatory law of your country of residence in the EU.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will tell you in the game or on this page.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, any dispute will be heard by the courts of your place of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the EU country where you live. You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
13. Severability
If a court finds any provision of these terms invalid, the rest remain in force.
